Each class with Tessa is a gentle yet effective full-body workout that focuses on improving your posture, balance, and flexibility. Whether you’re a beginner or have been practicing for years, Tessa offers clear, encouraging instruction and modifications to suit all abilities.

Classes typically begin with a warm-up to release tension, followed by core strengthening and flexibility exercises, and finish with a soothing cool-down. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, realigned, and more connected to your body.
